HI-TEC OILS will support the Bathurst 6 Hour for a further four years, following the announcement of an extended partnership on the grid prior to the 2019 race commencing today.
George Gambino, Hi-Tec Oils Managing Director, and Bathurst 6 Hour Promoter James O’Brien announced the extension to an already successful relationship, that commenced with the inaugural race in 2016.
It will ensure the partnership will continue through the 2023 event as Bathurst’s newest Easter tradition continues to grow.
“We are very happy to announce our continued support of the Hi-Tec Oils Bathurst 6 Hour,” said George Gambino, Hi-Tec Oils Managing Director.
“In just four years the race has built a strong following with great fields, competitive racing and all of the usual Bathurst drama and excitement, and we can’t wait to see how it grows in the future.
“As a proudly Australian company we are proud to support a key event at Australia’s most famous circuit.”
Event Director James O’Brien said the Bathurst 6 Hour would continue to evolve and grow on the traditional Easter long weekend.
“The long-term support of Hi-Tec Oils gives us the platform to continue to grow and build the Bathurst 6 Hour each Easter. We have enjoyed a successful first four years with George and his team from Hi-Tec Oils and we are looking forward to working together to build the traditional Easter long weekend of racing at Mount Panorama.”
